RETURNS

All returns must be initated within seven (7) days of the date items are received. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and still have the tags on.

RETURN PROCESS

To start the return process, complete the Return Form and send it to customer service at admin@helax.com.au. Once received, an authorization code and prepaid postage label will be sent to you.

Ensure to include the authorization code in the completed form and enclose it in the package.

Please take note that you are responsible for all return and shipping fees. We will provide a prepaid shipping label via email, and the postage cost will be subtracted from the refund to cover shipping expenses.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item we will process your return. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days for processing. Refunds may take 1-3 business days to appear back to your original payment method. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
